Information
Radical Return is an immersive collage workshop that invites participants to reconnect with their childhood selves and asks the questions: “What does reimagining look like when we bring our childhood selves into a collaborative creative space?” “What happens when we reimagine and build new worlds and stories together?”
Artists Annika Sarin and Tanya Nixon-Silberg will guide you through the process of creating a collage with a series of prompts that will help you choose materials from collections of magazines, decorative handmade papers, illustrations, photographs and more as you reconnect with your childhood self using scissors and glue.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or new to creative expression, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment to connect. You bring a photo of yourself as a child, and we will happily supply the collaging materials, snacks, music and good vibes. All are welcome! RSVP required.
