Book an Art Party
We ProvideStudio 1 is available for rent and able to accommodate 30 seated, 50 standing.
We offer WIFI access, up to 3 parking spots for event hosts and 1 handicap parking space, four 8-foot banquet tables, 25 black foldable chairs, an experienced art teacher, and all art materials.
*Please note the BAC does not have a kitchen for rental use and our facility is an active art classroom space.
You ProvideThe renter is responsible for supplying food and beverages for their event, any audio or AV equipment necessary, tablecloths, table settings, decorations and all event planning, coordination and marketing.
Pricing$450 for up to 15 participants for 2 hours. For parties longer than 2 hours or more than 15 participants, please specify in the form below.
Group SizeThe maximum number of guests for an activity at a party is 15. For larger groups, please contact the office at 617-566-5715 or office@brooklineartscenter.com
Sample 2-hour Party Schedule for Children*
- 11:00a — 12:00p: 1 hour set up
- 12:00 — 12:10p: Warm-up activity as guests arrive
- 12:10 — 12:45p: Activity 1
- 12:45 — 1:20p: Activity 2
- 1:20 — 1:50p: Food + cake
- 1:50 — 2:00p: Party winds down, guests exit
- 2:00 — 2:30p: 30 minute clean-up
