Brookline Arts Center’s signature annual fundraising event, featuring an exhibition and auction of work in support of equity and inclusion in the arts.
Art Off the Wall features work by local and international artists and raises over $20,000 each year, all of which supports the Brookline Arts Center's financial aid, outreach, and exhibition programs.
The Exhibition
All attendees can view the artwork on display throughout Brookline Arts Center. During this time, those with Collector Tickets will have the opportunity to make a shortlist of works they hope to take home.
The Auction
During the auction, Collector Ticket holders will select a work to take home. $500 Collector Ticket holders will be called first to make their selections, followed by $250 Collector Ticket holders and finally $125 Collector Ticket holders. When an artwork is chosen, it becomes unavailable to others.
Collector Ticket purchasers unable to attend in person will have the option to submit a ranked list of their preferred artworks through our website and will receive the highest-ranked work still available when their name is reached in the selection process.
Following the event, from May 4-31, 2025, the remaining artwork will be available online for anyone to purchase, regardless of whether they attended the in-person event.
The Fundraiser
All funds raised from the in-person event as well as artwork purchases from the online auction directly support the Brookline Arts Center's programs.
