Marcy is an accomplished artist, performer, director/producer, and teacher with over 20 years of experience executing creative projects that inspire joy and wonder in the lives of children and families. Her design projects include a wall mural for a Spanish Immersion preschool (Pine Village), a mascot for the Liverpool Football Club and books for the Red Sox and Curious George. Marcy has taught art classes to children and teens for many years, including the Creative Arts at Park summer program, Brookline Adult and Community Education and remote art instruction at a Acera school during the pandemic. She has guided young people to explore their creative potential using a variety of media and several formats, including Art for Social Change, Video Comedy, doodling and drawing, and photography. Marcy is also a producer of the Digital Mural at WGBH, as well as a Producer of kids public television programming (Curious George, Martha Speaks, Between the Lions) and has led family art events at the Institute for Contemporary Arts. Marcy is happily married and a parent of three creative teenagers at Brookline High school.
